Participation in the Digital Fuels Registry is voluntary. Any party that registers with the Digital Fuels Registry and pays the applicable fees (Registry Fee) may seek to establish an Account in the Registry.
Note: Before registering a Digital Fuel Account, Account Holders are encouraged to read and become familiar with the Digital Fuels Registry Operating Rules and TERC Digital Fuel Terms of Use.
The following information is required to complete the account registration:
- Company FEIN/EIN, DUNS ID, RFC/CRUPS, or CRA Business Number
- The organization's legal name and address
- The name, contact information, and address of the Account Manager and Billing Manager for this account.
- Service Selection for Account Type
Please complete the following steps to register a new TERC Digital Fuel Account:
1. Go to https://digitalfuels.xpansiv.com/
2. Select the Sign In button at the top right of the page
3. On the new window, select Sign Up Now.
4. Enter your email address to start the creation of your User ID. Press Continue.
5. Entering your verification code "Verify Code." Then select Continue. If you need a new code, you can select Send New Code.
6. Then enter your password information and first and last name. Press Create when you are finished.
7. Choose your Country Code and enter your Phone Number. You can choose either to have the verification code texted to the phone number or receive a phone call with the verification code.
8. Select the Register an Account button at the top of the page
9. On the Register page, select the Next button
10. Review the “Terms of Use” Agreement
- Add your “Title”
- If you agree to the Terms of Use Agreement, check the box “On behalf of the Account Holder identified in the above application, I hereby accept and agree to the Xpansiv Digital Fuels Terms of Use.”
- Select the “Next” button
11. Complete the Company Information page and select the Next button
12. Complete the “Contacts” page and select the “Next” button
13. Complete the “Service Selection” page, and select the Submit button. Note: The Submit button will only be clickable if all the items with * have been selected. Please check that every page has been completed before submitting.
**This action will complete your Digital Fuels Registry Account Registration, but your final approval is contingent on an official review; the Digital Fuels Registry Registry Administrator will notify you regarding the status of your Account Review**
