- Enter the Site Name and select Continue.
- The Information Logo
will provide helpful tips (Hover over them for more information).
- On the Facility and Batch Overview, fill in the fields with an asterisk *. These are required fields.
- For Carbon Intensity Scores to be entered, the Start of Time Period, End of Time Period, and Carbon Intensity Score must be entered. After entering the time periods, enter the Carbon Intensity Score and then select Add (from the Action column).
- Next, select the Validator from the Drop Down List.
- At the bottom of the page, account holders have the option to save their draft, submit , withdraw, cancel, or go to the next page. It is recommended to save a draft if you do not complete the registration. If you do not save a draft on the Facility and Batch Overview, you will be able to do it on the other facility and batch projects pages.
- On the Document Upload page, account holders will upload documents for the Ethanol CI Verification Report and the Eligible Gallons Verification Report, which the TERC administrator will use for verification. Select Upload New File and choose the file type. Note: Account Holders uploading the CI score should click on the Public File, as this file should be public. Then select Upload.
- On the Verification Data Entry page, the account holder will enter the Sales (gallons) for the Interval Period Start and Interval Period End based on the information that is provided by your verifier. Then enter the Verifier and the amount in the Total box and select Save.
- Next, you can enter the vintage. Once you enter the internal period start/end for the vintage period, then enter the Net Volume (gallons) total in the Total box. Select Update. Proceed to select Submit at the bottom of the page.
- No action is required after the user has submitted the facility registration. The Registry Administrator will be notified of facility registration and review the carbon intensity score and the verifier document. After the facility is approved, proceed to Issuance Request.
Note: Account holders cannot submit certificate issuance request until the facility has been approved.
