Is there a limit to how many accounts I can register? There is no limit to the number of accounts that one can register.
Are there partial certificates issued? No, it will always be rounded down.
Why am I not able to retire RECS on behalf of beneficial owner? After creating a beneficial owner, it may take up to 15 minutes for the name to appear in the transfer screen, allowing account holders to select it for retirement purposes.
Can I withdraw the transfer? Transfer can only be withdrawn if it is in a pending status, meaning it has not been accepted by an account holder. See this guide.
If the transfer has already been accepted but I need the certificates back, how can I get the certificates? Ask the transferee to send the certificates back to your account.
How long does it take for the account to be approved in TERC? It can take 24-72 Hours for an account to be approved as long as the KYC document has been filled out.
What is a KYC document? It is a document to understand our client’s intent in the TERC registry and to ensure they have the correct account set up and to receive appropriate training according to their account type.
Where are my certificates? If payment has been received for the certificates, they will be available in the holding details for account holders to see how many certificates they were issued. Account holders can choose to hold, transfer, or retire the certificates.
Are retirements reversible? Retirements are a permanent action, please be careful with your retirement. If there is any issue with the retirement, please contact the TERC administrator.

What files types are accepted for uploading into Digital Fuels System? Verification Report (Eligible Gallons & CI Score) from the verifiers must be in PDF format for uploading into the system.
Where can I find information on Serialized Pathway? Account holders can refer to the verification report for information on the Serialized Pathway. If your facility is Tier 1, you can enter Tier 1 or NA for your serialized pathway. If your facility is Tier 2, the information is located on the verifier report.
