To create a new user, please take the following steps:
On the home screen press Account and select Users and Contacts.
Press New User.
- Fill out the contact information. The red asterisks indicated it is a required field. Press Next after you completed the contact information section.
- Choose the account role and press Submit.
- The User will receive an email to set up a login. Once the process is completed they will be added to the account.
In the case the new user does not receive the request please see below.
To Resend Request to New User, please take the following steps:
On the home screen press Account and select Users and Contacts.
Press on the name of the User you want to resend the request.
- Press Next on the Contact Information Page.
Press Resend Request to Join Account.
- The User will received another request to join the account. Please contact tercsupport.apx@xpansiv.com if the issue persists.
